Leadership
The
Explorer Post maintains its own chain of command
within the Easton Police Department. Explorers
are encouraged to develop leadership skills and self-confidence
through a rank system. Thepost is lead by an Explorer
Lieutanant, Explorer Sergents, and Explorer Corporals,
the number of which is determined by the size of the
post. All ranking members are required to pass an oral
interview and a written rank test.
